Our shipping rates are competitive and we offer free shipping on orders over £25. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Designs by Neev and Yana. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalised or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange the item for another product of equal value.
